The post holder will work closely with health and social care partners to offer support, and information to adult carers across the Clackmannanshire area. You will engage with carers encouraging them to take up their right to have an Adult Carer Support Plan and become actively involved in local and national forums and groups to have their views and opinions heard as equal partners in care.

Workshop Manager – Recyke-a-bike

The purpose of this role is to coordinate the delivery of the established volunteer program at Recyke-a-bike. Volunteers will be supported through development of skills, including bike building and linking up with other departments at Recyke-a-bike, to become trained in other areas (e.g. cycle trainer who can deliver cycle lessons).

Youth Worker – Hawkhill Community Association

Hawkhill Youthzone needs a dynamic person to work with us delivering amazing activities to young people.

Youth groups run 5 nights per week from 3.30pm. 2 nights per week they are on til 8pm for the older kids. Your hours will be worked flexibly over the 5 days.

We also run a soft play toddler group on a Friday morning for 0-3yr olds your hours will be part of this too.

Family Support Worker – Home Start

To work directly with young children and their families, providing them with direct emotional and practical support within their homes, and the wider community, in order to promote, strengthen, and develop their ability to manage their lives and thrive.

To contribute to the effective day to day operation of the scheme in accordance with the Home-Start Governing documents, Standards and Methods of Practice, Home-Start Agreement and Quality Assurance Standards.

Project Officer – Community Climate Action x3 – FEL

As our Community Climate Officer, you’ll work with FEL colleagues to help community organisations adapt to the climate emergency and take local action to mitigate its effects. You’ll be responsible for improving climate literacy among current and future community leaders, and for helping them build local engagement around the issue, particularly in areas where it’s currently low.
