Trustees – Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface

Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface (CTSI) is the single-door TSI for the Clackmannanshire area supporting charities, community and voluntary groups, social enterprises and volunteering. It has just launched a new three-year strategic plan in January 2024, a Volunteering Approach to a Wellbeing Economy and through this process has recognised that the board would benefit from the experience of new trustees.

Ideally, trustees will have experience of working within the outlined areas and will have a commitment to the importance of the third sector and community development. We are currently seeking trustees with expertise in health, family support and culture, heritage, and tourism.

Family Mental Wellbeing Service Manager – (FDAMH)

The principal purpose of this post is to lead, manage, support and co-ordinate the day-to-day operation of the allocated service area and provide line management to their direct reports. They will work closely with, and be supported by, the Service Delivery Manager, they will also provide peer support to and work in collaboration with other Service Managers.

To be responsible for the Supervision and Direction of Support staff across 3 sites, maintaining an overview of (and compliance with) established service delivery procedures.


  1. To assist the Operations Manager manage the execution of all passenger transport requests and other support services.
  2. To Manage, support and supervise staff of multiple disciplines.
  3. To identify ongoing training needs and support for all team members
  4. To ensure the effective maintenance and delivery of support services.
  5. To co-ordinate forward planning of all service and support activities
