Year Of Young People 2018 is a platform for our young people aged 8 to 26. It will give them a stronger voice on issues which affect their lives, showcase their ideas and talents, and ultimately, aim to build a truer, more positive picture of young people in society.

BrickBuilt – Lego Exhibition
As part of the Year of Young People, CTSI are bringing Brick Built – a LEGO exhibition, and Big Build events to Alloa from the 17th July to the 7th August in The Liberal Club, Mar Street, Alloa. There will be an accessible Big Build session at Hawkhill Community Association on Thursday 26th July. The exhibition and events will be open 10am to 4:30pm Monday to Sunday. We are looking for as many volunteers (young and young at heart) to get involved to assist with the exhibition. We have a local Social Enterprise, The Playpen, providing a pop up café during the event, and so there are lots of roles available, from assisting in the café to helping to run our local information and volunteering point.
Provisional and Previous Events:
Youth Volunteering Poster Competition – ENDED
Our winners have been announced, and had their posters displayed at our recent Volunteer Awards Ceremony in June.
They will also be available to view during our upcoming LEGO exhibition.
