Role: Team Leader – Membership & Governance
Organisation: Clackmannanshire Third Sector Interface (CTSI)

Job purpose

This role will lead a small team and have a particular focus on ensuring our members are compliant in all areas of their business operation. This includes charity law and governance procedures as well as funding but also includes providing advice or liaising with expert help, where relevant with managing staff, data compliance, meeting sustainability targets and health and safety. The role will support and lead on training for members, link closely with intermediaries, OSCR, Social Enterprise Scotland and other relevant national bodies to provide information, knowledge on changes and other relevant guidelines and funding opportunities.

The role will manage a small team which will include a Business and Enterprise Development Officer with responsibility for helping with business planning, funding and supporting the Forth Valley Social Enterprise Network and a Membership and Events Development Officer.
