Pre-employability in Clackmannanshire (PEC) is a different type of support service that can help people aged 16 to 67 into work.

PEC works with people who may face barriers to employment, and offers a wrap around, person-centred approach to employability, focusing on personal development as opposed to job outcomes.

PEC offer a wide variety of support people with things like access to counselling, literacy, numeracy or digital support, confidence-building, travel support, a wide range of training options and access to some great work placements locally.
