The Family Recovery College is a free informal short course for anyone concerned about someone else’s alcohol or drug use, supporting you to build knowledge, skills, and confidence to support yourself and your loved one.
Students on the course will:
- increase their positive connection with others
- improve self-care and emotional wellbeing
- improve confidence through knowledge and skills
- feel empowered to influence change in their lives and the lives of their loved one.
There is an open day on the 16th of April to learn more about the college, to meet course advisers and to ask any questions you may have!
