£22,595 pro rata, 21 hours per week (2 year fixed term contract)

You will help meet the needs of our service users and staff team by supporting our 100 volunteers, making sure they all continue to have an excellent, life-enhancing experience from their involvement with FDAMH. You will constantly be using your presentation, networking, promotional and IT skills to advertise volunteering, in person and through a variety of media. Your excellent interview skills and ability to understand the needs of FDAMH’s services will enable you to recruit and select successful volunteers. You will enjoy watching their development as you help to deliver FDAMH’s compulsory induction training. As a key point of contact you will be able to offer ongoing support too, keeping volunteers informed, negotiating added self-development opportunities with external speakers and agencies and organising ways to recognise and celebrate our volunteers’ commitment. Your evaluation skills will be put to good use reviewing the success of your campaigns and the quality of all aspects of the volunteer experience.
