Central Spark Recovery Coordinator, Central Falkirk

27 hours per week, £22,000 per annum (pro rata) (2 year fixed term)

We are looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join our successful team. The primary function of the Recovery Coordinator is to coordinate the day to day operation of Central Spark. With a friendly attitude, you will be able to engage people and make people feel at ease. Along with experience working with adults with reduced psychological wellbeing/mental ill health, you will have experience of conducting detailed assessments of individual needs and devise Personal Development Plans (PDP’s). You will support clients to reach their individual objectives and monitor progress against their PDP. This post requires a person with considerable experience and excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to be alert to changes in people’s mood, manner, demeanour, and respond appropriately.
