We are creating a list of services being offered by local business, charities, and groups during this time. If you would like your business / service included on this list then please message us here on Facebook or email admin@ctsi.org.uk.

Things you can do to help:

> Print Community Assistance Cards at home, or contact us for printed copies, use these to reach out to neighbours and offer to help and support them in any capacity you can: http://bit.ly/2Ub8vdK
> Phone relatives and friends to make sure they are okay.
> Do not buy more than what you need at the supermarket, and if you are able to pick up a few items for the local food bank, please do.
> Follow latest government advice on social distancing and try to limit external contact as much as possible.
> If you need to check your symptoms, please refer to https://www.nhsinform.scot/ for latest advice, this frees up NHS24 who are receiving an unprecedented number of calls at this time.
