Clackmannanshire Licensing Board is consulting on its Statement of Licensing Policy

The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 makes provision for regulating the sale of alcohol and for regulating licensed premises and other premises where alcohol is sold.

Clackmannanshire Licensing Board is required to publish a statement of its policy with respect to carrying out its functions under the Act.
The Board has produced a Draft Statement of Licensing Policy and now wishes to gather feedback from all interested parties.

We are keen to hear your views as representatives of the local community, Community Councils, local and national churches,  third sector organisations, parent councils, residents associations, youth groups, health and business organisations, amongst others.

Here is the link to the consultation.  It closes on 31 August 2018.
