From January 2019 NHS Forth Valley hearing aid users will be able to collect batteries from all libraries across Forth Valley. Your yellow battery book must be presented to library staff so you will be given the correct size and number of batteries.
Please note this is for battery collection only, hearing aid maintenance will still be carried out at Open-Access clinic.
