Annie’s Bistro

Mary Thomson is in the process of opening a Café called ‘Annie’s Bistro’ in Hillpark (between Whins of Milton & Bannockburn) and she is keen to take on a person from the local area to develop and progress through an apprenticeship. The vacancy is linked to SERI funding which  means the candidate is required to be under the age of 29 to qualify.

Hours per week: 16.

Duties: greeting customers, waiting, food prep and cleaning.

Training: apprenticeship opportunity to develop the person after successful probationary period.

Person Specification: Polite, well mannered, welcoming and enthusiastic.
