Is Scotland Fairer?

Is Fife Fairer?    –    An invitation to find out!

Fife Law Centre invites you to attend a seminar based on the recently published research by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC)

‘Is Scotland Fairer? (2018)’ which concludes that Scotland’s poorest and most disadvantaged communities risk falling even further behind. This is the most comprehensive review of how Scotland is performing on equality and human rights.  It looks across all areas of life, including:

  • education •work •living standards •health •justice and security •participation in society

John Wilkes, Head of Scotland, EHRC will present the evidence and recommendations, followed by a questions and answers session.

This event will take place on Wednesday 20th February from 3pm-5pm in Kirkcaldy Townhouse, Wemyssfield, Kirkcaldy KY1 1XW.

Please confirm your attendance by 1st February to assist with arrangements. Spaces may be limited.  Please reply to lisa.smith@fifelawcentre.co.uk

If you have any dietary requirements or reasonable adjustments please let us know.

Fife Law Centre, based in Lochgelly, but with accessible service points across Fife, specialises in offering legal advice and assistance to those with unmet legal needs.
