DanceSing – Clacks Women into Business
Get your dancing shoes on!
The danceSing team hold health and wellbeing at the heart of everything they do. They are holding a pilot session for Clackmannanshire Women into Business on the evening of the 14th May.
By bringing together a unique fusion involving singing and dancing, the sessions encourage the positive mental and physical wellbeing of attendees.
Why danceSing? Some of the many benefits of joining and making danceSing part of your life:

• increase cardiovascular health
• improve lung capacity
• improve flexibility
And perhaps more importantly… participants have lots of fun!
So why not come along and give it a try. Places are limited so bookings will be on a first come first served basis. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served at the end of the evening.
There is no charge for this event but, as always, if you book and cannot make it do let us know.
